We thought we were asking the impossible; a house in our price range in a part of town that we knew was usually priced well above what we could afford. We also had very specific desires as to how much space we wanted. Edwin worked tirelessly to find us just the right place; he took the time to get to know intimately what we were looking for and to make the search his own. The home he found for us met all of our needs ? the price, the location, and the layout were all what we had been hoping to find!
During the price negotiation, Edwin worked diligently to secure what we felt was a fair price for the property. We eventually wound up with an agreed sale price that was several thousand dollars below the appraisal value, which is the result every new homebuyer wants.
